Admission criteria

  • 18 years and older
  • Possess a high school diploma (DES) or French Lycée, or any other training deemed equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).

01. Admission

To choose the right training, the one that best matches their profile and interests, each candidate must fill out a registration form and meet with one of our advisors to properly assess their possibilities.

  • Please fill out the admission form
  • Provide proof of date of birth
  • Provide a proof of studies as well as a copy of the most recent official report card.
  • Provide any relevant medical information
  • Please pay the $100 file opening fee for admission, within a maximum of 5 working days after sending the admission form, by check or Interac transfer. Non-refundable fee. *A $50 fee will be charged for any bounced check.

After receiving the file, a written invitation will be sent by email to candidates to confirm their registration and invite them to set an interview date.

Note: Incomplete or unreadable files will not be processed. All official documents written in a language other than French or English must be translated. The seal of the certified translator is mandatory. No document will be returned.

Online

Fill out the online form, click send and pay the $100 file opening fee. You can make your payment by bank transfer from your financial institution to comptabilite@mondel.ca.

By mail

Print the form, send it by mail to the following address and pay the $100 file opening fee by check in the name of:

02. Registration

Once the student’s admission is accepted, admitted candidates will receive all the necessary information regarding the procedures to follow for program registration.

Given that our courses last for 3 months, you can enter Canada as visitors, no study permit is required. This information can be found on the Government of Canada’s website.

If you are already in Canada, you do not need a study permit for a course or program that lasts 6 months or less. You will need a study permit if you wish to study for more than 6 months.

Tuition fees

Admission fee: $100 (non-refundable)

Registration: $200 (non-refundable)

Students will be responsible for purchasing work shoes (steel-toed) for the following courses: Camera assistant, Lighting technician, Grip and Set design.
